Where is the conference?
The conference will take place at the historic Eden Roc hotel in South Beach, Miami.

When is the conference?
The conference starts on Thursday, January 30th at 9:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, January 31st at 3:30 p.m.

What about accommodations?
The cost of hotel accommodations and travel is not included in the registration fee.  A special conference rate of $279 per night + 13% local tax per night is available for all attendees  January 22 – February 3 based on availability. You can book your room directly with the hotel by calling 1-855-333-6762 or by clicking here.

 When should I pay for the conference and/or certification course?
Payment is required at time of registration. We accept all major credit cards. All registration details are on the Registration Page.

Delegate Substitutions and Cancellations
Should you be unable to participate in the Net Promoter events of your choice January 27-January 31, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place at no extra charge. We regret that no refunds can be made once your registration is complete.

Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments, plus breakfast and lunch on both days of the conference and on all three days of the certification course are included in your registration.

How many attendees will be at the conference and certification course?
For each conference this varies, but we expect over 500 attendees in Miami.  We expect approximately 70 people to attend one of the 2 certification courses, and around 40 people to attend the Net Promoter Economics Workshop.  Please ask at the registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from your conference experience.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference and the certification course is business casual. Don’t forget, it’s Miami in January!

How do I get copies of the conference presentations?
Following the conference, registered conference attendees will receive an email with a link to download PDF versions of the conference presentations (excluding any that, for confidentiality reasons, we are unable to distribute). If you are not attending the conference, you may access the presentations after February 7 on

Is conference video access available to attendees?
YES! Conference attendees may purchase full access now for $99. Contact Pooja Patil if you want to take advantage of this offer. Full access of the conference videos will be available for purchase once they are available (1 week after the conference).  Access instructions will be emailed on the last day of the conference.   Please note:  for confidentiality reasons, not all presentations will be available for post-conference viewing.
