Registration Process
The Net Promoter Conference and pre-conference Certification Course are exclusively for corporate customer-focus leaders and practitioners. After receiving your request for an invitation, the Net Promoter Conference Team will email you a link to register and submit payment for your selected events.

Group Pricing
Companies sending four (4) or more delegates to either the Net Promoter Conference or the Certification Course qualify for special group pricing. A fourth delegate may attend the Conference or the Certification Course at no charge if three delegates have already been registered for the same event.
