The pre-conference Certification Course and Net Promoter Conference are exclusively for corporate customer-focused leaders and practitioners. After receiving your request for invitation, you'll receive an email with a link to register and submit payment for your selected events.

Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference or certification course, a substitute delegate is welcome in your place at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less a service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellation notifications received no later than 14 May 2010.
A 50% refund will be sent for cancellation notifications received between 15 May 2010 and 31 May 2010. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellation notifications received after 14 May 2010.
