Frequently Asked Questions

When should I pay for the conference and/or certification course?
After receiving your request for invitation, you will receive an email with a link to register and submit payment for your selected events. Payment must be received prior to the conference in order to attend.

How should I pay?
Payment can be made online by credit card, by purchase order, or by wire transfer.

Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments, plus breakfast and lunch on both days of the conference and on all three days of the certification course are included in your registration. Check agenda for times.

Can I choose a different conference breakout track upon arrival after I've made my selection online when I registered?
Yes. You will not be given a personal agenda upon arrival at the conference, for all sessions are open to all conference attendees. You may attend the sessions of your choice, even if they differ from the sessions you selected as part of the online registration process. We ask about your preferences to help us with capacity planning.

How many attendees will be at the conference and certification course?
For each conference this varies, but we expect between 400 and 500 attendees at the conference in Miami. We expect approximately 50 people to attend the Net Promoter Associate Certification course, and approximately 35 people to attend the Level 2 advanced Certification. Please do ask at the registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from your conference experience.

How can I get to the venue?
The hotel phone number is listed on the Venue tab of this web site, along with a link to a map and directions. The hotel concierge is also available to provide transportation information. Please contact Raj Dhillon if you require any further information or assistance.

What about accommodations?
The cost of hotel accommodations and travel is not included in the registration fee. Lodging details and instructions can be found here.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference and the certification course is business casual. Speakers most often wear business attire.

How do I get copies of the conference presentations?
Following the conference, registered conference attendees will receive an email with a link to download PDF versions of the conference presentations (excluding any that, for confidentiality reasons, we are unable to distribute).
