Net Promoter Certification, developed by Satmetrix and Fred Reichheld, is a three-day, intensive training course for leaders and core team members of customer loyalty and customer experience programs. The course curriculum highlights best practices using a combination of lectures, case studies, and team-based discussion and problem solving. Participants master the key concepts and approaches for using Net Promoter in a variety of operating environments, including the unique needs of B2C and B2B businesses.
