Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference or certification course, a substitute delegate is welcome in your place at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less a service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellation notifications received no later than January 6, 2010.
A 50% refund will be sent for cancellation notifications received between January 7, 2010 and January 15, 2010. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellation notifications received after January 15, 2010.
